Carrie Amos is a Licensed Social Worker and Executive Coach committed to guiding individuals, couples, families, and organizations toward holistic wellness and personal transformation. With a Master of Science in Social Work from Fordham University and advanced postgraduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy, Carrie brings both clinical expertise and a deeply compassionate approach to her work.

She takes a collaborative, supportive, and intentional approach—meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they uncover, pursue, and sustain their best possible selves. Carrie has also cultivated skills in executive coaching, allowing her to bridge personal growth and professional development seamlessly.

In addition to her clinical work, Carrie brings significant leadership and business acumen. She served for 15 years as CEO of a nonprofit organization and has worked with management consulting firms, equipping her with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. She is especially adept at supporting executive leaders, teams, and workgroups in navigating change, enhancing performance, and fostering a culture of resilience and growth. Her combined experience in mental health and leadership makes her uniquely positioned to coach clients at the intersection of personal well-being and professional impact.
